Each x 4?
My warn Power Plant takes 1:45/tire - 35x12.5x15.
10-25psi
Yeah, each, so around 10 minutes to fully air up
It also fills up pool toys and basketballs really well!

That's comparable to a York from setup to take down filing 35s 8psi to 25psi.
I like the Milwaukee. It’s not the fastest, it’s kinda loud, and the poor thing is HOT after four tires, but it’s hard to beat it for ease of use. Set it and forget it till it’s time to move
As much as I like my York, I would not build a second one and I'm reluctant to recommend one due to the cost and complexity. There are enough comparable options these days that are easier to deal with.
does anyone have experience with the Milwaukee Bandfile? do you like, work as needed? would recommend?

I see youtubers use them all the time. Looks handy but I haven't enough need for one yet.

Strongly considering picking up a M12 ratchet,
What are everyone’s thoughts on 1/4” vs 3/8”? Besides the obvious I am a little torn. The 1/4” seems it could be more useful space wise but the extra torque on the 3/8” might be nice.

I have as well, I think I will just buy one, looks like a good solution for the hard to reach places i have encountered
I have the M12 3/8 ratchet and the 3/8 90 impact. The ratchet is too big to fit into small places and too weak to do much more than run down/off loose nuts on bolts. The 3/8 90 impact is only a little larger and I find it much more useful.

Also, these are perpetually out of stock, but kind of awesome. https://www.ratchetknob.com/shop/p/mw2-milwaukee-series-ratchetknob
get on the wait list and pick one up when they come in stock.
I missed this the first time through but yes, I have both of them. Very handy when you need them, very few times you actually need them but when you do, not much else works.
