Look at the brand name. MOR\ryde, not MORryde which is the real actual company name. Would MORryde screw that up? Then click the brand name link and look at the products listed as MOR\ryde. You still think those are legit, a knockoff, or worse?
MORryde's website looks just like Amazon's spelling. This is shipped and sold by Amazon so you're covered for any funny business. Same part number. It looks legit to me!

No it doesn't. Its the same letters but the Amazon seller added a back slash between MOR and ryde. You really think it's more likely that MORryde screwed up the spelling of their own name than somebody in China poached a picture off their website? Companies are anal about their brand. But its your money, good luck to ya.
I don't need one but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate. Amazon gets stuff wrong in the title and the description sometimes so maybe that's the issue. If you don't feel comfortable buying it, then certainly don't. Amazon has free return on this and even if they didn't they would pay to have it sent back if it was phony. 22 yrs with Amazon and I have always been treated more than right.
It says shipped and sold by Amazon.com It is also prime and not some random amazon seller. Just about every item on Amazon sold by morryde has Amazon.com listed as the seller and spelled both ways. I would say this is in fact legit. I bought this same gate from Amazon last year and wording on the morryde was exactly the same. If it's sold by Amazon.com I would not hesitate. The one I bought wasn't as good of a deal as this but still cheaper than they usually are. Photo of order details from year ago.

Yep, you can’t really lose as long as it’s sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns have never been easier, which is more than can be said for some places.
A great price tracking browser ext. is Keepa. I used camelcamelcamel for years but I like Keepa better.
If a price fluctuates, might as well buy on the low.
