Half Doors?

So I think I want a set of half doors. I have the full steel doors, and when it's nice out, I just take them off.

Maybe it's because I like the look of the half doors. Maybe it's because I have some cash left over and it's burning a hole in my pocket. No idea.

I can't find any factory half doors on Craigslist. So I'm thinking after market.
I know that Bestop makes them. And I recall that Savvy Off-road makes them as well.

What other brands are out there? What do you guys like?

My opinion would be to keep looking for a set of factory half doors. I love the look of the factory half doors over anything after market. In regards to the upper's I like the best top upper half doors with the sliding windows. I have my factory upper half doors that zip out and I never use them. The sliders are just more convenient. Where in Indiana are you from? Davey's Jeep is located in Salem Ohio which sell half door sets from time to time. Just another suggestion for jeep parts.

I have ran the Savvy "Trail" half-doors for over 7 years (On and off the trail). They are great, provided you understand they don't accept uppers and what their intended use is for. I am also a dealer for Strike Force Zebra and Savvy (shamless plug). I don't have any 1st hand experience with using SFZ, but the owner is a good guy. BUT I also have a set of factory half doors I use when I want to have the option to run uppers.

I've been keeping my eyes open too...when I do find a set, they are expensive! I've got other priorities for my jeep right now.

As for uppers, eh. I'll just use my full doors for those days I need the uppers. I'm just thinking of getting the half doors for something different in the summer.

I was looking for a pair for one and a half years and had no luck, right when I was gonna give up and get bestop I found a pair in great condition for only $300! Don't give up hope you will find a decent pair soon.

I got a few things from Davey's a while ago and they were very helpful. Call them and see if they could put you on a list to contact when they get some half doors. They could probably give you a ballpark price. It's worth a phone call. My '97 came with half doors and I love them. Didn't care for the plastic top in the winter so I bought a set of fulls. facebook marketplace is a great place to find them. I see sets for sale regularly. There are a lot of jeep parts for sale pages on there as well
