Any suggestions on how to make it easier to get in and out of my jeep

Is grab bars the only option?

Don't like the idea of trimming the plastic to install the 2 bolt design i keep seeing in the forum

Ideas?

These are an option which I believe does not require any trimming. There is another brand which is similar, I can’t think of the company at the moment. Nice looking Jeep.

ATP like listed above and CMM, (Carolina Metal Masters) I have the ATP.

Top picture is first install. Second is where they are now. Both work for me. I had to trim for the second one but not the first.

Add squats to your workout routine. I put one leg in the Jeep, bend the other and spring up into the seat. No steps or handles needed.
p.s. Upon further thought, maybe that's why my back is so screwed up.

Getting older is a bitch. I mounted some removable steps to mine. I put them. on around town and remove them when I hit the trails. I am not sure they would work for you with your type of sliders.

I saw these, but the TJ they show doesn’t have the trim at the front pillars or window frame. Maybe I missed the trim in the video. I am considering them, I just would hate to mis judge the location of the hole to be drilled in the trim, assuming one is required.

Really all you're doing is adding something that will look right at home in your rig. If they looked aftermarkety it would take away, but you'd never think they weren't an OEM part. I've made this my standard for measuring whether I'd do some mod or not.

I have a set of tubes on my Sahara. I am going to toss them in favor of a factory style step.

My concern is if me or my misses slips and a foot goes between the step and tub. Thats going to hurt.

If you need the step due to age or mobility, my vote is a step with no gap between the step and tub.
