What do you know about the Brute?

They were awesome to watch being built back in the day!

If done right, I think they're really cool. If done right.

As @Apparition posted, there were kits. Not always installed by AEV so build quality varies. Check it over if you're considering buying that one.

That is super cool! I have enough projects with my jeep atm but I was surprised to see something like that in my area. Tempting.

This 6.1L Hemi Brute was an awesome follow back in the 2000s/2010s.

Ohhh noooooooo! Yeah I kinda the look of the gladiators but I kinda like these…

While attending an October 2010 NAXJA event in Moab, UT; AEV had driven their Brute to showcase what they build.
I discovered the vehicle in town and spent about 30 minutes admiring the Jeep while the owners were eating dinner at the Moab Brewery.

Painting the frame red 🤮 I guess angry grills hadn't been invented yet

Curious how two vehicles get rolled over in a spot like that

Guy down the street from me has a two door JK. Pretty impressive, not sure what engine he has in it. He has owned it since new.

I've always wanted one, but that one doesn't do much for me.
I checked into having one built a while back. I found a guy who had a kit and was able to do the work. He wanted more than I was willing to spend. Plus, I would have had to sell my LJR.

Pics of the Brute are what Gladiators use for their Tinder profiles to catfish unsuspecting buyers

ok but, 2 door gladiator would be so nice to have.... I am so tired of the 2door trucks being base models in todays age.

I dont need no stinking flip up rear bench or the extra "storage" space that a double cab offers. Give me a single cab that is not on 17" steelies with a basic work truck package.

Coming from a guy who has 15" steelies on a 24 year old bathtub on wheels.

The J6 concept was so cool

It would be awesome if it was an option. We can keep hoping. I have 0 interest in the 4-door gladiator. I'd take a 4-door wrangler, though.

The Brute/J6 concept is the babe you met in college. The gladiator is 3 kids and 25 years of marriage later.

Five 4 door JKUs, or JLU’s within 1/2 mile of my home. Between them they have probably 100 windshield ducks, some stacked 2 high. I drive by them in my low buck TJ and they turn their heads. Phque them all…,

I will forever be a 2 door guy, ever since my first truck. 06 Silverado regular cab short box.

Only 4 doors Ive ever owned was a 02 tahoe for a short stint after totaling the silverado and a newer (I think 2017) chevy sonic for a short time before selling it to my sister when she got her drivers license.

My vehicle is to get me from point A to B no matter the route, not to haul the other people around :ROFLMAO:

This guy doesn't live with any tiny freeloaders and it shows. 😂
