Can anyone help me identify what type of sway bar link this is. Need to replace them or the bushings. They have play on the bottom connection and make a clunking sound.

They look like Rough Country disconnects.
What size lift do you have? Most vendors will have a few options for you, like for no lift up to 2", ET has a few options.

I just bought the Jeep. Not sure what type of lift it has only thing I can see is Rancho Shocks. I measured it and it's a 4 inch lift.

The only way is to look them up online, or post some pics of your shocks and we may be able to help you find the brand.
In any event, that ET link was for 0-2" lifts, so use this search for 2"+, any questions just keep'em coming.

I'll take some pictures of the suspension tonight when the wife gets home with it from work. I am new to the Jeep thing, so I appreciate any help.

Do you know any other specs about the Jeep, year, engine type, mileage etc.?
I found the numbers on the shocks. The front are Rancho RS 99239. The rear are RS 99241.

This bar has the number 1335-2b stamped into it. Looks like it used to be red in color also the springs look to be red at one time.

Those may be an old lift, someone who know Rancho shocks may know. I found a thread from 2006 referencing the RD 99239 and 99241, and they were for a 1" - 3" lift.
It's tough to tell from your pics, but you may need more than sway bar links, potentially new springs and shocks.

Good work! The whole kit is probably Rancho. Looks like around 3 1/2” of lift. A little hard to tell from your pic with the measuring tape. You definitely need some new jounce bumpers and if the shocks are as old as 2006, new shocks. Springs are fine if you’re good with them. Looks like some aftermarket lower control arms, fine for now. What you do with it depends on where you want to go and your budget
Jeep seem to ride nice on the road, suspension seems to be good , takes the bumps good. It's not stiff or bouncing around when hitting bumps.
Handles nice at 60mph.
This is just going to be a summer jeep, top off. No off road use, SORRY!!!
The sway bar quick links in front rattle at slow speed bumps. Just need to find ones in black that can be fix mounted. Noting else seems loose underneath for now, just trying to get a grasp on all these parts so when things come loose or break I can replace with the same.

As far as bump stops, those torn up crumbling things in post #16 are jounce bumpers. They are a soft spongy material. They are different from bump stops which are a hard poly and can be seen in the pic in post#13. They are above the cup, about a 2” extension. They shouldn’t really be there, they should be on the lower perch, but it’s probably alright since you don’t get off-road.
Shouldn’t ever have to replace your bumpstops but those jounce bumpers need to be replaced. If the rest is to your liking, don’t change anything. Maybe some fixed sway bar links as you mentioned
