Your MIL seem to be a little cooler than mine.

If you have access to a 4X4 squared , I would love to see some front axle/driveline photos ! Thanks DuckNut .
The new daily. Bought without graphics and let my 11yo son design them.
Did we post this already?
I see you're pony, but I'll give it the bird.
The only shame of that one (if any, really) is Firebirds seem to be a bit more rare than the Camaros of the same vintage.

I'd have no problem with that. The only shame of that one (if any, really) is Firebirds seem to be a bit more rare than the Camaros of the same vintage.
The Firebird market is weird. Speaking of the 1st and 2nd gen cars, a Firebird will typically sell for 2/3 of what a comparable Camaro sells for, and I don't know why. T/As are an exception. I prefer the 'Birds and T/As, but I'm partial, I have a '67 if you don't remember, one of something like 1,100 produced not accounting for color or option combos.
Somewhere on either Craigslist or Marketplace (I use my wife's account to parous the local listings. I liken it to pumping gas while smoking a cigarette...), there's a fella selling a first-gen Firebird project that has had everything converted over to Camaro parts. If I recall, he's asking a Camaro price, as well. I don't see why anyone would go through the trouble unless, I guess, that they were damn sure that they were building it as their "forever car". Even then, the justification eludes me.
Rewatching "the accident", it still messes with my mind. He had been through so many accidents that had all the makings of being fatal, and he survived them. That accident was not the one that I would have imagined ending that way. Yes, we all know and understand the mechanics of what happened to his body, but still, to watch that accident again, all these years later, I can't help but find myself in some level of disbelief.
Basilar skull fractures are a common cause of death in many motor racing accidents. Drivers who have died as a result of basilar skull fractures include Formula One driver Roland Ratzenberger; IndyCar drivers Bill Vukovich Sr., Tony Bettenhausen Sr., Floyd Roberts, and Scott Brayton; NASCAR drivers Dale Earnhardt Sr., Adam Petty, Tony Roper, Kenny Irwin Jr., Neil Bonnett, John Nemechek, J. D. McDuffie, and Richie Evans; CART drivers Jovy Marcelo, Greg Moore, and Gonzalo Rodriguez; and ARCA drivers Blaise Alexander and Slick Johnson. Ernie Irvan is a survivor of a basilar skull fracture sustained at an accident during practice at the Michigan International Speedway in 1994. Race car drivers Stanley Smith and Rick Carelli also survived a basilar skull fracture.
One of my cousins did that to a '80-'81 Turbo car 20 years ago. F'd it up in my opinion. The one you're speaking of, did they go all the way and do sheet meatal too, like quarters? Either way, I'll guess he'll be lucky to get 1/2 of anything, and that's if he finds a fool to buy it.
