TJ Quick Cab Cover Recommendations?

I came home last nite and needed to put on my soft top on the account of rain. I got the top on but because it was dark out some parts of the cover weren't secured that great, so I was thinking of getting a quick cab cover that I can throw on instead of greatly securing my soft top 100%. Does anyone here use these quick cab covers, and if so can you send a link of a decent one you might use. I have a 2005 TJ. Thanks

I have the Raingear cover also and Yes have trailered my Jeep with it on.

I have a rain fly from a big tent that was dumped in the woods.

Free and works perfectly fine. Doubles as a shade canopy too.

I have the Bestop Trail Cover and like. However, I like the look of the Rain Gear cover! I will be looking at grabbing one of those. My Bestop doesn't cover the back well after I installed the thirst brake/chase light on my cage.

I bought it years ago (2007) but I think it's the Trail Cover. And it has flaps that would cover the spots for the mirrors if you didn't have any.

1000%. I've given up on the bag and just stuff it in a hole in either the Jeep or camper.

I just ordered a Rain Gear. Hopefully it lives up to the hype.

To fit it in the supplied bag I fold in all the longer sides then double it up so it is the same as the height of the bag then roll it up. When it is rolled it fits in the bag without struggle. I wouldn't say it is super easy but after you do it a few times it goes pretty quick.

Interesting...I've never has a problem stuffing my RainGear back in its bag, to about the size of a rolled and stuffed sleeping bag. My TJ is not a daily, but I commute in it to work with the top down at least a couple dozen days a year. I've had my RainGear cover for almost 15 years. I throw it on when I get to work, and I'm not super fast with it, but I can usually get it on and fully strapped down in < 5 minutes, maybe 3 if I'm "in my zone". Then at quittin' time I can usually peel it off and stuff it in the bag in about 2 minutes. Toss it in the front passenger footwell, or in the back seat if I have a passenger.

Ah, I stand corrected. I thought they were referring to RainGear covers. I should have read more carefully.

FWIW, If it doesn't fit in its original bag, I'm sure you can find an after market bag that does.

The problem is that the material used, on bestop, isn't friendly to compact easy storage.

I got the rims used so they weren't that expensive & the tires I bought right at the start of COVID so they were about $150-200 cheaper than they are now... So it must have been a really inexpensive Jeep...
