I see them on Atlanta's craigslist all the time. Stock description, vague information or contact information and too good to be true are big red flags. I e-mailed one once to see where it would go (yea, I was somehow hoping it was legit too) but that just opened up more red flags. The jeep was in Germany, owned by a serviceman and had to be shipped to the US.... bla, bla, bla. I wound up cussing the person out for being a scammer and kept flagging his posts.
