Definitely not, I'm 100% sure about that. To adjust the angle of the lights on the TJ you do so with the bracket surrounds that are bolted into the core support.

I had to take the front bezel back off to adjust them because they required extreme adjustments because its so high off the ground. Man, getting those lights angled right was harder than i think it should have been. Lol.

Thanks. $125 on amazon. They came with a free pair of anti-flicker harness. But one didn't work and they are sending me another one.

Those anti-flicker harnesses aren't necessary for the TJ. They are only for the JKs due to their CANBUS style wiring system.

Yep, you don't need them on a TJ.
