ok cant figure out which sensor is bad on my tj 2000 jeep wrangler 4.0 straight 6, it says its code p0133 which reads bank 1 sensor 1 where is that freakin sensor and whats does it mean with emissions or without emissions???

Bank 1 is closest to the radiator, Bank 2 is closest to the firewall. Sensor 1 is the Upstream sensor at the top above its precat, Sensor 2 is the Downstream sensor below its precat.

looked up the ntk# 23139 for my 2000 shara jeep wrangler str 6, 4.0 and its says it doesn't fit, now what?
Yes sensor #2 is the right location but pay no attention to the part numbers, that diagram is for a different model year.
