Stuck Spark Plug Coil Rail

Well, a 30 minute job of replacing my spark Plugs has turned into a multi-day job (par for the course). I cannot get the blasted spark plug coil rail off, so I tightened the four bolts back down to torque specs and sprayed WD-40 all round it. Letting it sit overnight and will likely try again tomorrow. My guess is that it has never been removed.

Sometimes that's just the way it goes. Do you have any kroil or pb blaster? That will penetrate better than wd40.

I used the last of my PB Blaster when I replaced my shocks. I need to buy more.

That's good you used up the last of your PB Blaster, that is widely known as the worst performing of the various available penetrants. Go for Kroil, Break Free, or Liquid Wrench next time... in that order.

Once you do get the rail pulled off, I suggest applying dielectric grease to prevent the rubber boots from sticking again.
