Bright silver metallic paint code?

Planning on purchasing touch up paint for my 04, I noticed two different codes however for Bright Silver. On quadratec website for Bright Silver Metallic there is both PS2 and PSB. I am not sure if there is a difference between the two or if I could just purchase either or.

IF you are unsure what your Paint Code is; check the drivers side door frame identification sticker or the Vehicle Identification Plate beneath the lower radiator support.

I've noticed there are two paint codes also for Bright Silver Metallic. Makes it a little confusing. Both my 05 and 06 list PSB on the VIN sticker but when I was at the auto parts store I had them look it up and they sold me PS2.

If it's silver it has to be psb from that year.

But yes its in the tag on the door threshold

Thats because you are looking at duplicolor or some shit. Not the original factory brand like ppg or dupont or whatever.

yep But I thought PS2 was used at times.

There are certain colors that companies consider generalized...
Black, white, silver are the three most commonly generalized touch up paints...
