Sorry if this is in the wrong thread but im trying to figure something out for my girlfriend while she's at work. So her wrangler won't start, the battery is 2 weeks old, we replaced the alternator and jumped it no luck. So we're thinking either the battery wires or starter, but i got a call from me neighbor today that her car was rolling down the hill. I know we messed up and should have taken precautions luckily no damage and now have it secured, but does anyone know if the breaks could fail because of low voltage? It was in park but the E-break was not engaged

No, brakes aren’t contingent on the electrical system. Parking brake cable might not be properly adjusted and the manual fell out of gear.
Could be a number of reasons the Jeep won’t start. Do you have 12v at the starter? Is it turning over? Is the fuel pump turning on?

Not sure yet haven't had time to check but no the lights turn on but not even a click when trying to start
Maybe the actuator pin, Starter relay, or Ignition cylinder. Check for 12 v at the starter.
