1998 Jeep TJ A/C fan not working

Please help if you can. So my relay is good, the fan is good, the switch is good, the resistor is good.
I can turn the compressor on with the slide lever but no fan will come on at any speed location. I jumped the relay and got the fan to come on but that by-passes the resistor so it only blows hot . I see the fan switch and position lever are connected by a green jump wire. Is that supossed to be the power?

Download the PDF for your year Factory Service Manual and look in Section 8W-42 for the A/C wiring schematics and fuses.
Check the 40A fuse 11 in the PDC (Engine Compartment) and 20A fuse 8 in Fuse Block (behind the glove compartment)

Both fuses are good.
I've test light on all wires going to control module and none light up but i can turn the compressor on from the module.
I have the complete Chilton's guide book but I just can't fine the answer.

Chilton's and Haynes manuals are useless for anything more complex than replacing brakes or changing spark plugs. They try to cover too many years in one thin booklet and the information provided is often completely wrong or not applicable for particular model years.

You can download the official Jeep Factory Service Manual for free, there is a version for every model year. This site has a thread you can do that from. Go to the section recommended above in post #2. Its electrical and schematics section is thicker than both Chilton's and Haynes stacked together.

Check the 14 ga Red/Dark Green from fuse block (Fuse 8) terminal 28 to the mode selector switch Connector 3 terminal C.
Check 14 ga Dark Green wire Connect 3 terminal B and Connector 1 terminal E for power when the mode selector is in A/C.
IF there is power, but the fan speeds do not work with the speed selector; then the problem is the mode selector switch, speed selector or one of the switch harness connectors.

After trying everything i finally found the problem.
I checked 3 relays and they were all bad. I had a old original relay in a drawer pop it in and it worked.
