Why the jeep clutch and throwout bearing and pressure plate and not all that for the 5.9?

Is there any difference between the 2wd bell housing and the 4wd bell housing? I’m doing a 5.9 magnum swap in my TJ and have found an ax15 in a 99 Dakota but I’m not sure if the 2wd bell housing would work
