    Clutch Problem

So that clip has probably broke and the trans needs to be dropped to fix it right? The fork seems like its still attached but its just dangling there and doesnt feel like any spring tension at all

    Clutch Problem

unfortunately I think this is going to be something with the clutch inside the bell. I pulled the slave cylinder from the trans and the fork that has the dimple at the end that the rod pushes into is just hanging there like its limp. it shouldn't do that right? Does it sound like a clip has...

    Clutch Problem

the resistance is only in the last inch. It moves perfectly fine till then and it goes in just enough right now to shift the gears

    Clutch Problem

I inspected and got underneath the dash and pushed the clutch in by hand and nothing is blocking it. Cylinder looks fine under the hood as well. Had my son press the clutch and dont see anything funky.

    Clutch Problem

I inspected and got underneath the dash and pushed the clutch in by hand and nothing is blocking it. I even removed the plastic clip that holds the rod to the clutch pedal and with that removed the clutch pedal moves freely. up and down to the floor

    Clutch Problem

2000 TJ 4.0 So this morning I was turning back into our neighborhood and I went to press in the clutch to downshift and out of nowhere hit resistance in the clutch. It would not let me fully push it in by about an inch. I am able to still push it in the amount it will let me and shift gears. I...

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

Well finished the tank at 216 miles which is more then I was getting before the weird fluctuation. Could a leaky PCV and crimped PCV hose really cause that big of a discrepancy?

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

So I ran through that last tank and only got 155 miles out of it. I filled up and was able to add the normal almost 16 gallons in it so the gauge was correct. I changed both PCV Elbows and grommets as well as the PCV hose (it was crimped) that goes into the intake. I also went and changed out...

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

idle RPM is normal but I have noticed from time to time since the new engine that when I push in the clutch the engine idle will stick for a few seconds or sometime up until stop around 2000rpm but its intermittent. The throttle body and everything has been removed and cleaned very well and...

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

Just popped the hood and noticed my PCV elbow and grommet appear to be leaking which it wasn't before. That vacuum leak could be the cause of the gas mileage right?

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

I have not gotten through the tank yet, I have just seen it going down super fast. 32 miles so far and its down in-between a half and three quarters already. I am Just going to keep driving till it gets down to E and see how many gallons it fills back up with. Definitely never had this issue before.

Gas mileage plummeted after fill up

2000 TJ Sport with a new reman about 5000 miles ago. Been getting the normal 200 miles per tank. In fact the very last tank got exactly 200 miles out of it. I filled it up and have been driving the past 2 days and gas gauge is between half and three quarters after only 32 miles. I usually gauge...

    CalTrend seat covers

Attached is a side by side comparison of the OP and you can clearly see mine just are not fitting right comparatively. I also seem to have a big gap where tumble latch is and where it goes around the recline latch on the driver side it pulls really weird, and doesn’t fit right but it does on...
