0.5 degree difference is not a problem.

Standard Tj width. 60.5” ARB has less than 1200 miles on it. Not sure on the axles but definitely under 3000. I only use the Jeep to drive around town for short errands and trail rides. I haul the Jeep on a flatbed when I go out on trails.

I took my 4.0L head in and had it rebuilt at a local shop. Got it back and it looks great…….however I have one question. They painted the thermostat port on the head. Is it ok to install the thermostat and neck against this painted surface or should I clean off the paint to bare metal??

Yes I did. I pulled all the staples and separated the tubes to get the tie rod out.

Staples worked fine on mine. All were in place and the two tubes securely tacked together.
