I emailed Mark. He recommended I send him my PCM to have it tested. I know there are other problems with the PCM. I’m trying to decide if I should part it out or spend $1,000 on a PCM. I’m not sure a 2005 4 cylinder is worth the investment.

Is it possible it is something other than the PCM? A rebuilt unit costs over $1,000, so I don't want to buy it if it won't fix the problem. The strange thing is cleaning the body grounds fixed the problem for about a day and spraying the relay connections fixed the problem for a couple of tries...

Can you please explain how the PK/YL has 12v in the start position? It looks like the PK/YL is only connected to the run and acc terminals.

I thought I changed it about two years ago, but what else could the problem be? The problem is somewhere between the ignition switch and the starter. If I knew what the pins of the ignition switch did, I could test it, but I can't find those details.
