Yes, I am having the same problems. I had to go with the NAPA sensor as well, I will be installing it tonight. Hopefully it will take care of the problem.

I have looked over the wiring and nothing really stood out to me. Wouldn't hurt to look a little harder.

While changing the front diff gear oil, noticed sand in oil. I am replacing the inner seals, also wanting to change the carrier bearings and pinion bearings. I have 4.56 gears and i am just checking that stock dana 30 bearings will fit. Thanks.
