    Ok. I will order another one. I'm just stumped how it can start on the first crank with 0 psi at the rail and other times leaves me stranded and wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something else

    That is the same fuel pump that was installed a year ago. Should I suspect that it has failed already?

PO said the battery was going out and and needed a new one since it would occasionally not start. Found the negative terminal was super loose. Tightened...
