My windshield bolts are rusted and broken. I am replacing the frame. Can anyone tell me the size and type of thread for replacement bolts? I may go stainless.

Thanks. And as far as gaskets, one on the top for soft and hard top, then all of the ones around the glass. Is there one on the bottom of the frame?

So they are not the same. That is the difference between the years.

Can anyone tell me what the main differences are between the pre 02 and 03-06 windshield frames. I need an 04, but pre 02's are way cheaper. Apparently all gaskets and sizes are the same.

Hello All, 2004 4L Sahara Recently my power steering pump seized. It was replaced and the belt was replaced with it. Afterwards it ran great idled properly etc. Now over last few days when starting, the engine is making a growling noise (almost like exhaust leak) and really vibrates (shudders)...

Nope, I had to cut access holes. To do so I drilled up from below then used that as a guide to cut in proper location. was still tricky trying to get the cut off wheel in hole but was able to make it work.
