I actually modified the original plastic housing that Jeep used by fixing a sheet of mdf board to it with the hole for the sub cut out, and then I wrapped the whole assembly in Noico. It wasn't the prettiest final product, but it fit perfectly, sounds punchy and deep, and it has zero vibration...

Rocker panels are installed! Passenger side was a breeze. The driver's side was a bit trickier, including a drill bit through some wires. All in all, I like the JCR system.

Only one. As I drilled the several 5/16" holes into the body, I have to say, I felt nothing. Onwards and upwards!

JCR rockers underway... so far so good. The worst part has been drilling out the Sahara rivets from the channel that held the old color matched plastic pieces in place.

...And like that google and Jeep forums to the rescue! I simply had not appreciated that in changing the multi function switch out in an attempt to fix my fogs, I had left out the flasher relay. The helpful thread that saved me is here...

One more update for the weekend. When I added the Bedtred to the Jeep it came with a panel for the tailgate. Today I added a JCR molle panel over it. It's a nice little mod.
