Update: i think I may have figured something out. I unplugged the e locker completely. It did pop once when I first took off and turned left but after that I drove in a consistent circle 3 times and made several slow left hand turns and I had no pop. It is a limited slip with a Elocker and 4.88s. I'm wondering if the Elocker is somehow trying to lock... idk, either way I'll definitely be pulling the cover off and looking everything over. I really hope something catastrophic is wrong.

That tapping you're hearing is my toe buckles on the back bumper. They swing freely and it's popping so hard it's shifting the entire jeep making those swing and bang against the bumper.
