I farmed all my life, Dairy, wheat, corn, barley, alfalfa, asparagus, and many other crops, all irrigated. I was responsible for a lot of equipment, and really enjoyed repowering tractors and swapping in several in line and V 71 series Detroit Diesels. I was considered a touch odd for that I think. Sold the cows, leased the farm and now I work in town. Back in the 70's I had a 69 Bronco and spent a lot of time in the mountains with members of the local 4 wheel drive club I belonged to. Back surgery a few years ago means no more hard off roading for me. But I am looking forward to modifying my TJ for some mild trail driving.
Other projects I have going on are a 56 F100, a 63 260 4 speed ranchero, and a old Massey Ferguson 4880 articulated tractor.
