Savvy "Krawler Lite" new rear bumper

Probably not 6061 but it's basically a sleeve over a steel frame so maybe it's not as important in this application. The ends which are the most susceptible to damage are likely welded so it wouldn't make a difference anyway.

Definitely aluminum. Look at how the tow points are installed. No reason to do that if it's steel. Also the color.

CrawlTek Highline fenders with smaller than 40” tires

I would get something else if you want or need flares. Check out Nemesis, their fenders have a bolt on flare option. Looks like Crawltek has them back in stock...

LJ rear springs in a TJ

I do not. I assume they are the same rate as the 4" coils and therefore about 1" shorter.

LJ rear springs in a TJ

    Why would they be different?

LJ rear springs in a TJ

IIRC the CE LJ springs are 1/2" longer than the TJ springs.

    York compressor pics requested

Interesting, I never had that problem but I do run several feet of hose before the filter. If you install it on the firewall you should also make sure it's not too close to the exhaust manifold (or shield it) because that shit gets HOT.

If you are referring to a coalescing filter then yes, that is a good idea...

    Currie HP 44 question

I get where you're coming from but please tell me where you get gears installed for $150. In my world of mere mortals that's $400 for labor minimum. You must also get a dealer discount on ARB.

    Bad Vibrations with Grinding

Try this - put it in 2WD and lift the rear wheels off the ground (block the fronts!). Start motor and put in gear. If you don't hear any grinding, judiciously add some gas and brake at the same time to load the drive train. If this recreates the grinding noise you may need a second person to...

    The Hidden Body Lift

I have no idea. I gave up years ago calling around for parts. I've had better luck on ebay.

    The Hidden Body Lift

Some might not be so lucky to have a yard nearby, or find the convenience of not spending a couple hours hunting them down and getting dirty worth $20. Other's might think of going to the junk yard as cheap entertainment. I'm firmly in the former camp :)

    The Hidden Body Lift

FYI to anyone wanting to do this and save a trip to the junk yard, the Crown part number is 52002659. They're available everywhere online for as little as $4 ea.

    Bestop twill top giant logo

Unfortunately this seems to be a trend in the industry. With few exceptions you can't by a piece of armor anymore without a giant logo, not just painted on but laser cut into it. Wait...hopefully I didn't give Bestop another idea... To think a few years ago I was disappointed my Bestop had a...
