Darn. Not sure. I know I had a similar issue but ended up replacing the starter myself and it worked. Diagnosis was that all the battery connected pieces were powered fine and no cranking at all. Walking that starter with a hammer and then trying it worked which told me the starter was the issue...

Go to harbor freight and buy two rubber mallets $2.99 each. Buy three M6 bolts 70mm long. Cut the rubber off the mallets to fit the gap you need, drill a hole and put the bolt through the new spacer and the snubber - all done. Works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did you extend the snubbers? If you did it shouldn’t be hitting the bumper. I just did 31’s myself and extended the snubbers secured the tire right and kept it from hitting the bumper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
