So I have a 2006 jeep wrangler 4.0 MT, my pcm/ecm was trashed so I purchased a used one. Now I'm having a hard time finding a place that can reprogram it to my vin. Tried the dealership they wont do it. Any ideas would be helpful.

Well I found out the problem was indeed the pcm, I sent it off to get rebuilt and they told me there was nothing that they could do, it was completely trashed. Got a used one from a salvage yard but now I'm running into the issue of a place to have it reprogrammed as the dealership wont do it...

Checked the fuel pressure and that good its sitting at 55psi

All sensors are mopar replacements. I unplugged the PCM and when I started it back up there was no change. Also just put it the rest of the way back together and now I've noticed that when I turn on the lights the wipers come on.

The cats have been deleted. As for the cel being unplugged, it thrown codes in the past so I doubt that will be it. However I will make sure I scan it just to be sure. Thanks for the help.

No cel on, I Also just replaced the fuel pump. I should mention that it was having this problem before I rebuilt it thinking it was something mechanical. But I will check that in the morning

So I'm new here and kind of stuck what is going on with my 06 TJ. My jeep starts fine and runs idles just fine. But whenever given a little throttle it bogs down and won't go past 2500 rpms. Even with no load on the engine. Also I just rebuilt the engine. Rebuilt head, new valves, piston rings...
