Question on this... Just bought a hard top for my TJ unlimited and love it. Problem - mine was a soft top from the factory so, I need to add in a wire kits and of course I'm a few years too late to the party. Is there any way to wire this without changing both the Dash and tub wiring harness...

Great conversation - I put the brackets back on... The lip of the rear window fits into the area where the soft top window "bar" fit — sealed it right up.
