To close out this thread (it's a pet peeve of mine when OPs don't report results/fixes), I'm happy to report that reassembly went fine. No exhaust leaks or coolant leaks. Need to get under the Jeep to confirm no trans fluid leaks from the lines, but I suspect none as the quick connect fittings...
