So I pulled the front drive shaft and all vibration and noise disappeared. Alignment place told me that I need a new drive shaft for the front. Any opinion about that?

Well.......there are a couple of reasons. One is that the TC is the last component of the driveline that has not been worked on. Two....it's making noise (squeak that is drive and speed sensitive) and I would have to open it up anyway. Three....since I'm already there, I may as well upgrade...

I used to live in Yuma and he is absolutely right. Especially right now......it's snowbird season in Yuma. Many of the cotton top generation migrate to Yuma and bust out the Jeep to go ride the trails. I loved living there as there was a TON of places to go off-road anytime you wanted. Tons...

Well it wasn't today but over the weekend My fater-in-law and I installed the MetalCloak 3.5 inch lift with OME shocks. Much much better ride.....

Check out Metal Cloak. Their control arms are beefy monsters and are significantly better than the rc. They also have great tech support and will work with you on your project. I just installed a 3.5" lift this past weekend and I am seriously impressed with the product. Smooth and quiet...

Nice looking build. Mine is a silver LJ as well so I may be a little biased.

Since the jeep is an LJ it does have the Dana 30/Dana 44 axle setup and the 42RLE transmission. I turned on the GPS and I am running 70mph at 27-2800 rpm. I never wanted to break any land speed records with the jeep but I do want to run stuff over and climb things, ya know......Jeep stuff. :)

It is indeed deep. I think it may be able to climb trees. Only been a week so far and I am really loving the power.

Not yet so I'm not real positive on the numbers. For now though I feel good about it haha.

I do plan to increase to 35s in the next couple of weeks.
