    something is way off. You need to do this but rotate the assembly by hand. Its hard to tell how much of the run out is actual vs. needle bounce. Also the indicator should be perpendicular to the shaft, not at an angle. It appears the shaft has a bit of wobble.... Interesting...

    When I was checking the rear on mine, I jacked it up and ran the jeep up to 80. Vibrated a bit. Then I let it idle at about 25 MPH and saw my right side tire/rim wobble....axel shaft bent.     When you say mark the end to return it to phase, what does that mean?? I just bought a new Tom Woods driveshaft and there are no marks?! How do I know if its in phase on the initial install??

    The trans is in and it shifts amazing. The shifter still has slop. I think I might try the B&M shifter in a few months, buy My YouTube series is updated with a test drive. Let me know if you have any questions....
