Does the OBD2 device shut down when the car is off? In theory I could use that to automate waking and sleeping the phone screen Ford Mustang F-35, given it's a car forum who knows. Must have been a dad joke thing.

Have this one also. In Australia. You ever find a replacement ? To swap it out with a version that didn't have the AC mode do you just need to unscrew the 2 screws and swap? Is it that straight forward?

Yeah it's crazy that a common part can be discontinued and jeep do nothing. Is it really just the shell that holds everything together that's melted that's the problem. Can it be 3d printed?

Oh boy! My 05 just started having this issue. Replacing the resistor as a fail safe but I did see some slight melting on the blower speed and it has the issue where some speeds activate when pressing down. Mine is also a woory branded unit. So Is my only option the Mopar original or the one...

I got an 05 wrangler renegade here in Aus only needing to replace the resistor also. Struggling to find it. Where about in the passenger footwell? I've pulled the storage hatch off but can't see it.

My control dial for selecting feet or chilled air etc hisses when turning it and no air at all comes out. I played with the air controls that increase or decrease and some of them all of a sudden have issues. Working fine yesterday but not today. Also a jeep TJ 05. What does this mean...
