This happens in mine too. But it is the original part and has always responded when I push the gas.

Thank you. I'm new and must have messed up the search I tried doing. If it blows out of the defrost at the right speeds would the blend door be the more likely problem? I'm not mechanically savvy. I appreciate your help.

I don't know if i should make a new thread or not... I have a 98 wrangler sahara and the air tries to blow out of the vents when I switch it from defrost. The air whistles trying to get out but the vent doesn't open on the inside behind the dash to let the air out. I read a few threads and can't...
