I have an 06 Model, but recently i changed the PCM and installed one from a 05 TJ. of course it was programmed to my car VIN and SKIM also and all needed updates matching my VIN. but now the car is throwing P0517 code, related to batt temp sensor, I checked, there is no harness for it as well...

I changed my thermostat to a 160 (stant) instead of the factory 195. The theory that went into my mind is that it will start pumping radiator water on lesser engine temperature, and might help keeping the engine a bit cooler...
