That’s just it, I only feel/hear it when coming to a stop. Not slowing down and never during acceleration or cruising speed. Only when coming to a stop at stop sign or red light. Not every time. I do have 31x10.50’s that are worn. I would think if it was the tires I would feel it more often...

My bad u-joint experience has always been more like a squealing belt, not vibrations. Is this a Jeep thing? I don't feel it in the brakes, hear it more than feel it if that makes sense

yes, only when braking. He said it was a needle fitting. That most shops dont know about? I dont know, this is my first Jeep. But yes only when stopping and not every time I stop. Sounds more under driver seat then from front end.
