My overall plan is body lift, 4 inch lift, Tummy tuck that hopefully wont give me vibes using a regular SYE, and ultimately 35s

    HypoClintons 4 Inch Clayton Lift

thanks for getting back to me. Do you think I would be fine with the clayton 4 inch springs with the UCF no body lift T case skid and a JB conversions regular SYE for vibes. I don't want to spend more money on a super short SYE if I dont have to. ( I know there are so many variables that...

    HypoClintons 4 Inch Clayton Lift

I read that the Clayton nets somewhere around 4.5 inches of lift. I really want to do the no body lift with a regular SYE and 4 inch, I would go with a 3 or 3.5 inch but fear trying to find the right shocks after reading all the posts on here.

    HypoClintons 4 Inch Clayton Lift

Im shopping for 4 inch springs and what I hear on the interwebs is that clayton nets higher than 4 inch. Some suggest that its because they specced their springs for a heavier load. Clayton is close to me and I can get a good price on their products. I am planning 4 inch spring lift with a UCF...

    Currectlync steering wheel issue

I had the same problem but my setup was 2.5 OME springs and ZJ steering. I ended up putting the 10mm OME spring spacers in and that gave me enough clearance. I put the spacers in so I could get the JKS track bar to fit.

A Beginners Guide to Lifting Your Jeep Wrangler TJ

Im sure its been said before, but One piece of advice is get some PB blaster on the rear upper shock bolts if you are replacing them. they tend to break off and its a pain to get them sorted out. i live in the Northeast and rust is always a problem. it added hours to my install.

Whistle when releasing the gas pedal

sounds like a vacuum leak to me. just have to follow all lines. one trick i've used on other vehicles is using some starting fluid, spraying on the lines while engine is running, if the idle surges thats where your leak is. I do not know if it is recommended for TJ's
