I am looking to buy the OME 2 inch lift, kit #ARBOMETJHKS, and haven't been able to find one in stock anywhere. Has that kit been discontinued? If it has, is there another lift kit that you would recommend for 2.5 inches?
Thanks,
Thanks,
OME is a good choice. I don't know about that particular kit but would recommend you call Dirk at DPG off-road. Tell him about your Jeep and he can customize a OME lift for you.

Don’t know about the OME part but I went as simple as just as buying these springs and some Rancho shocks.

I appreciate that, do those springs get you 2.5 inches?
Cool shot. Looks like a perfect day.
Thanks! I love that trail. That was last summer at about 6500’, this year we have way to much fire activity to get that view.
Here are the OME part #'s for the components pieced together for my lift.
Springs
Front: 2932
Rear: 2941
Shocks:
Front: 60047
Rear: 60048
I also added a 10mm spacer up front to level the rake. Wound up with ~2.7" in front and a touch over 2.0" in back (driver side ~2.25", passenger rear has the common slight squat and is at just over 2" of lift).
I've never weighed the TJ, but have tried to keep it light.
4.0, auto trans, OEM front bumper, no winch, UCF rear bumper (~8 lbs heaver than OEM), sliders (~42 lbs each), MORryde tailgate kit (~30 lbs), 33" spare, soft top and no rear seat most of the time
I can almost smell the trees and feel the air.
I’m a southerner- We have to climb a fire tower or hunt to get any kind of view.
You guys live in the mountains need to really appreciate what you have.
I literally cried the first time I saw the Rockies. I was right in the middle of them as the morning fog lifted.
That reminds me Larry the cable guy saying he cried the first time he had sex- He knew the check was going to bounce.

I ended up speaking with Dirk and I was sold on his ultimate kit. I sent him pictures of how it is outfitted and spoke about future plans for it and he was able tell me what I needed for a smooth ride. Now it's time to hurry up and wait for parts to arrive!
Have you installed your lift yet? I am looking to do the same with my '04 Rubicon. Looking to get Old Man Emu springs & shocks but haven't decided.
Ye
Yes, everything is installed, the DPG ultimate kit was a little more than i was wanting to spend but I am glad I purchased it. The ride is a lot better than it was. If I were to do anything differny I would check my control arm bushings and replace those while doing the lift.
Awesome! Did you get 2" or 2.5" of lift with it?
