Mutually Exclusive Package

I don't believe that is a manufacturer package. It is to indicate that there are 2 packages on the build list that include the same item/items. For example an interior package that includes cloth seats as well as an appearance package that includes the same seats. That way you can't claim they owe you a 2nd set of seats.
 
Sounds like something added by the dealer. What, I have no idea.

Just means you can look at other Jeeps, but not take one home.
