TJ LED front turn signals

Are they just in the wheel well or behind the front grille?

Below are photos of where I did my splicing for the side marker LEDs.

Those are great places to do it. I chained my diode and resistor together with splices and then stuck it in a random section of wire and then the diode on the other wire a bit upstream and merged them. Then took the other wire to the side marker and spliced it into the headlight harness ground.

Throwing this info in here in case it's useful

Readings with 100-ohm 1W resistor

Cool-White 194 LED
10.47V (LED voltage with resistor inline)
2.23V (voltage drop)
.021A (current draw)

Blue 194 LED
8.14V (LED voltage with resistor inline)
4.51V (voltage drop)
.04A (current draw)

I found no temperature changes in the resistors when connected in series to my 3157 LED or 194 LEDs. This honestly makes sense after looking at the numbers.

I'm going to call things good since my resistors don't get warm and are entombed in heat shrink splices and wire loom.
