My Jeep has a bit of road wander. I am wondering if it's the drop pitman arm. Here's some pics of my from steering set up.
I have the stock pitman arm the the PO had removed.

Also if I replace it will I need a wheel alignment?

With the driver's side track bar mounted on the stock factory mount you definitely need to replace that DPA with the factory Pitman arm.

You'll just need to re-center your steering wheel after doing so which is easy. With the factory Pitman arm you'll need to slightly lengthen the drag link which is done by rotating that link circled in red so the front of it moves down slightly. It's a bit of trial and error, it won't take much. Just take it for short test drives after each adjustment, no need to retighten its bolts between each test drive if you just run up & down your street for checks.
