Mopar! I’d love to have one, and I’m guessing it’s lighter than the ARB. If you haven’t yet check out JCR Offroads offerings too. Their Crusader is pretty nice.

I like the Mopar one better, but good luck on finding one. They've been out of production for a long, long time, and they're very rare to come by.

I'm not really a fan of the ARB bumper look honestly. Savvy is a good choice as Jerry suggested. It's aluminum and designed and made in the U.S. (one of the few bumpers that is anymore).

For that money gotta agree with Jerry. The Savvy bumper looks bad ass. And it's aluminum so much lighter. Or use that same dough for front and rear bumpers from Dirtworx.

That's a really subjective question that depends on personal taste. I'm not judging either way but what's more important, the way it functions or the way it looks?

You posted two very different bumpers, one with a winch guard and one without, and one looks to be a stubby and the other is almost full width.

What are your requirements for your new bumper?

This was the one I was looking at. Obviously there are so many choices out there which makes it hard to narrow down so hoping someone had used or seen this bumper from rock hard. Or could recommend one that’s durable and affordable. I know that’s a lot to ask for.

The other links that glwood and Chris posted seemed to show different types than I posted.
I plan on purchasing a winch one day. Honestly I’m undecided if I should go with stub or full length bumber to help protect the fendors. The purpose of my tj will be mostly trail riding at national parks and off road parks with my wife. It’s not a daily driver but will see some city and highway driving couple times a week. I’m not planning on serious rock crawling or muddng but want protection and the to ability to get through it or be pulled out if I mistakenly stick her on the wrong path lol.

That's what mine will be used for.
