I lastly managed to end all the small mechanical stuffs on my auto to manual swap. I do it alone after my job. I looked up all internet write ups on internet but my wiring looks like it was previously manually rewired the connectors deleted under hood.
I plugged the nss into its previous place but with manual tranny. Pushed the button inside it with screwdriver, tranny tunnel nothing happened, pump pumps fuel but no power to starter, somethong near glovebox makes relay sound. But once i tried to push it with naked metal of transfer case shifter something happened. For millisecond the power went to starter but instatly all electronics turned off. I could revive it by reinstalling battery terminals.

I believe this is where pigtail connectors should be. But previous owner deleted it and hand rewired it.

Also have to add at different positions of nss backlights turn on and turn off. At half brake lights turn on on full press back lights turn off. When released back lights are on constantly

On Chrysler/Mopar vehicles historically, on the PNP (aka NSS) switch, the two outside wires are the reverse lights (when in "R", those two wires have continuity together). In P/N, the center pin grounds and the starter relay is grounded, allowing the key to trigger the relay.

What @pc1p said. Two of the wires are for reverse, those need to go to the manual transmission reverse switch wires. the center one is for the starter relay and it grounds through the switch's mount to the automatic transmission when in park or neutral. So you need to just simply ground that wire permanently so the starter relay can work as needed. On a TJ that wire I believe actually runs over to the clutch safety switch on the clutch master cylinder, so you can run it that way if you prefer, or if you want to just have no clutch safety at all, then just ground that wire.

Thanks. I somehow managed power to go to starter. But sole one middle wire grounding didnt work. I had to splice and then touch naked metal "ground"

What other wire did you twist in there?

I am not sure but i guess middle one which is brown and black and side one brown and blue. Its not near me. I live in a flat, leave the car at my relatives, thats why i bump my orphan thread if it was at my backyard i would use hit and miss method

it’s really hard to answer anything without seeing more. The only wire that should matter in this for starting is the brown/light blue wire. That is the ground for the starter relay and originally it went to the neutral safety switch. That one being grounded is all that matters. You can find another ground wire in the harness and splice them together or you can put a ring terminal on it and ground it to a bolt on the transmission, body, etc.
