Would this be a good replacement fuel pump for my 2000 TJ?

I would look for a Bosch or Delphi brand personally.
The Delphi one #FG1353 has no reviews on it. This one has atleast 6, and the only bad review is because the guy got sent the wrong part online twice. I think I might pull the trigger. Is there any reason you'd prefer the Delphi one? Unfortunately the Bosch one I cant seem to find as a whole assembly, which is what I wish to replace.

Edit: Seeing more reviews for the Delphi on amazon now. Might go with it instead actually as you suggested.

Dephi is pretty well regarded around here.

The decreasing pressure in the first video indicates your check valve is leaking by; the 46 psi in the second video is within the factory specifications for operating pressure.
