TJ doesn't have factory fogs, but might have the wiring harness

The relays behind the glove box? I understood that the green smart relay was somehow associated with the front fogs. I have the green smart relay, but that's where it dead ends...

I'll grab a picture.
 
Who knows what the factory may have done or what may have been changed in the 20 years since, but according to the 2000-2001 FSM, front fogs used 2 black relays, while the rear fogs used the single green relay.

i believe all TJs have the wiring to the fuse box under the blank switch in the cab but they don’t all have the dog light wiring harness after the fuse box. My 1998 has the wiring under the blank rocker and the wiring to the fuse box, Bieber it has no connectors under the fender. I think to do the instal you need the wiring harness, relay and lights.
