PCV valve replacement?

P.O. jerry rigged a broken elbow on what I think is the PCV breather closest to the firewall. Could anyone guide me in what replacement parts/hose I need? I would prefer if they were possibly something I could go pick up at the auto store/napa because the valve cover is coming off this weekend and I would like to fix it at that time.

You’ll also need new grommets. Conflicting information if you technically need different size grommets but I’ve been running the below F/R leak free.

Thanks! I found all of those locally. Is that hose for the elbow closest to the firewall? It looks like the 90 degree one that goes into the air intake tube.
