Pop is audible at the end of video. Been chasing this pop for what seems like forever now. When I turn hard right my front end makes a LOUD popping noise like something is binding. Happens when I turn left sometimes as well but only when moving and less severe. I have replaced 6 of 8 control arms, axle U-Joints, and one tie rod end. It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. The coil is not rubbing against the bucket either. Any ideas? Could a bad unit bearing cause this?

Could it be my driver side axle control arm bushing maybe? Looks pretty beat to me.

From the video, its popping at the same time time the tie rod/draglink assembly moves out toward the front of the vehicle. I'd be looking for bolts catching and sliding past each other, making sure the trackbar bolt is tight (axle side), stuff like that. Its clicking at the end of travel, so that is a clue.

How’s your steering shafts? The u joints on those can get sloppy and make popping noises when turning the wheel
