Seal off this gaping hole in the spring mount?

Just noticed this big hole collecting water & debris and making rust. This is where the front drivers side spring mounts. I just removed the bump stop cup and a bunch of sand and rust fell out of here. So I’m wondering if people typically seal these up somehow?

Yes there is a plug I bought to put in mine,it’s posted somewhere on this site,I got them from ace

The only hole I see in mine is to accept the bolt that attaches the bump stop cup. Once that is removed for an aftermarket lift I suppose it becomes a drain hole.
Even so I’d rather cap the top AND have the drain hole. I am going to try the furniture feet plugs as suggested in the thread that flyinfish linked 👍
