Should this brake line be attached to something?

LJ (2005) with a 4” suspension lift.
Should this brake line—which has a bracket for some reason—be attached to something? It’s on the passenger side, in the rear.

The factory control arms have a bracket which that brake line bolts to. Some people make a bracket to hold that line, but most people just use heavy zip ties to attach it to the adjustable control arms, just to keep it up out of the way. Some just leave it hanging.
