Been driving in snow since I started driving, was a snowmobiler for over 1/2 my life. I'm committed to driving the TJ (first year owning one) because well, I love it and my diesel gets to stay clean and dry in my shop.

It's funny the pucker factor I already have for the tiny wheel base, even though there was full traction this morning, I just know the old loop to loop is coming ;) Let the fun begin!

Here in Western Oregon we were 2-3 weeks into snow wheeling last year. Barely raining now. Guessing we're in for a dry cold winter...but one or two storms can change that quick.

I drove my TJ in the snow many winter here around Cle Elum & over Snoqualmie and never had any issues. And I'd shift on the fly @ 60+ MPH into 4WD those times I was worried about traction.

Stop worrying.

Ah, not too worried, just easing in to it. May need to just send it!

I would imagine we are all in for quite a bit of snow on the West side this year, been lack luster as of late..

Go out and enjoy it. All the SWB tails of issues are over blown IMO. I used to drive a auto locker Samurai on snow covered roads.

But not everyone is a badass like you Rick

I'm not badass... More likely brainless..

Nothing on the coast for us yet, but we don't get much. We'll get it up in the hills and mountains. Except the year our house was being built and didn't have a full roof on it yet and my wife and I got to come home from Valentine's dinner and shovel 9" of snow out of the front half of our house and throw it out of the window openings. Plug in shop lights, snow shovels, and a Bluetooth speaker, all while still wearing our nice clothes just with rubber boots instead! lol one of those experiences we'll never forget.

We had some nice snow up the mountain here in southern O last month, but it warmed up and melted. Should be back soon!

We only got a dusting here east of Cle Elum...
But forecasted to snow all weekend so we'll see.

Better check out the snowblower.

It's dusting our parking lot here in north Spokane as we speak but not supposed to stick around
Midnight tonight and through the weekend might be a whole different story

Turned out to be a good amount of snow in the INW.

Don’t bother. It’s supposed to warm up either Sunday or Monday. 🤣

You can get the lights installed though! Or go play in the snow in your Heep!

Yep we got 2-3 inches overnight also. I'll go out and snowblow the driveway here in a bit.

We've got snow in the forecast until Wednesday then mix of rain & snow.

Winter mix here today and rain off and on the rest of the week

Weather man was wrong here too. Just finished cleaning the driveway and it's trying to rain. Hopefully it won't freeze tonight or the roads will be a mess.

I couldn't wait any longer! 15 miles up road make a big difference.

The a-pilar lights were great. I'm not out that much after dark so rarely use them.
